Terms of Use

Short, because we'd rather you read it.

These terms cover this website — reading it, contacting us through it, and submitting a review. They are between you and SpatialSustainabilityHub LTD (“we”, “us”). Each product (Commodity, MyDataCompliance, Verdex, AgriTrace, Carbon dMRV) has its own terms, which apply when you use that product.

1 · Using this site

What you can rely on, and what you can't.

  • Information We work hard to keep the content here accurate and current, but it is general information about our services, not advice for your situation, and it may change without notice. Decisions about compliance, sourcing, or data protection should rest on the product outputs and your own professional advisers, not on marketing copy.
  • Methodology & evidence Where this site describes what our tools produce, our Trust & Methodology page says exactly what each source covers and where it stops. Evidence from our tools is designed to inform a decision, not to make it or to constitute legal certification.
  • Acceptable use Don't try to break the site, probe it for weaknesses without permission (see our responsible disclosure route for that), scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or use its forms to send spam or unlawful content.
  • Availability We aim to keep the site up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access and may change or withdraw any part of it.
2 · Reviews you submit

Your words, published as written — once we've checked they're genuine.

The reviews page accepts submissions from the public. Because other visitors read them, these rules apply.

  • Genuine use Submit a review only about a product or service you have actually used, in your own words. Don't submit reviews on behalf of someone else, in exchange for payment or a benefit, or about a competitor you work for.
  • Your content You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish it on this site with the name, role and organisation you provide, and to quote it in our own materials. You confirm you have the right to grant that licence and that the review is accurate, lawful, and not defamatory or confidential.
  • Moderation Every review is read by a person before it goes live. We publish unedited, including critical reviews. We don't publish reviews that appear fake, abusive, unlawful, off-topic, or that contain personal data about third parties. We'll never edit your words to change their meaning.
  • Consent & record The form asks you to confirm we may publish your name and organisation. We keep a record of that consent — the time, and the address the submission came from — so we can show it was given. Your email is never published.
  • Removal Email support@spatialsusty.com from the address you submitted with and we'll take your review down. Reviews we decide not to publish are deleted automatically after 90 days.
3 · Ours, theirs, and the small print

Intellectual property, links, liability.

  • Our content The text, design, logos and product names on this site are ours or our licensors'. You may read, link to, and quote short passages with attribution. Don't reproduce substantial parts, or use our name or logos to suggest an endorsement, without asking.
  • Third-party links Links to other sites — data sources, regulators, our product subdomains — are provided for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
  • Liability Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Beyond that, to the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from reliance on this site's content or from its unavailability. The products' own terms govern liability for the products.
  • Privacy How we handle personal data — including from the contact and review forms — is set out in our Privacy Policy; the cookies we set are on the Cookie Policy page.
  • Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them — without affecting any rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
  • Changes We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above changes when we do; continuing to use the site after that means the new terms apply.
