AgriTrace
Complete sustainability data collection, management and tracking for agricultural supply chains.
Custom-built for our services. AgriTrace is a complete sustainability data platform — it collects, manages and tracks everything a supply-chain or sustainability programme runs on: farmer registry and household profiles, farm polygons, surveys and field forms, training and agronomy records, child-labour monitoring, certification evidence, and the chain of custody from farm to export — captured offline-first and held in one place with its provenance intact. Built for cocoa, coffee and vanilla; used inside every engagement we deliver.
Job in the service: Sustainability data engine — collection, management and tracking of the field, programme and supply-chain records a review runs on, with provenance intact.
Custom-built for our services. We built AgriTrace to deliver our verification reviews. Its output is part of what you get when you commission one — it isn't sold or accessed separately, and we never ask a client to migrate into it. It is described here so you can see how a review is actually run.
Complete sustainability data collection, management and tracking for agricultural supply chains.
AgriTrace is the sustainability data system behind our work: one place where the data a supply-chain or sustainability programme depends on is collected, managed and tracked over time. It keeps one canonical farmer identity and links everything else to it — household profiles and living-income data, farm polygons, survey and field-form submissions, training attendance and agronomy scorecards, payment-for-ecosystem-services rounds, savings-group records, child-labour monitoring and remediation cases, certification and inspection records, and the chain of custody from delivery to export. Traceability is one of its functions, not the point of it.
Data is collected offline-first: field agents register farmers, walk boundaries, run surveys built in its own form designer, and record deliveries and visits on a phone with no network; everything syncs when connectivity returns. Every record is dated, attributed and kept with its history — hash-chained custody events, point-in-time geometry snapshots, and deletes that leave a tombstone rather than a gap — so a figure can be traced back to who captured it, where, and when.
In a verification engagement it does three jobs. It takes in a supplier's records in a controlled space with access limited to the engagement team. It captures our own field observations and beneficiary confirmations at the source. And it keeps the supplier's original submission, our working copy and any authorised corrected version as three separate artefacts — an analytical correction never overwrites the evidence. We do not ask clients to migrate into it; its output reaches you inside the report.

Who actually uses AgriTrace.
Our field and analysis team
Capture observations and confirmations offline, then reconcile them against the supplier's submission in one controlled workspace.
The supplier or partner under review
Provides records into a controlled intake — nothing is migrated, nothing is edited in place, and the original submission is preserved.
The buyer reading the report
Receives findings that trace back to a source record, not to a system they have to trust on faith.
